Planets
We are trying to find out how many Earth years it takes each planet to go around the sun? We chose this topic because we were interested in space and we wanted to know how many Earth years it takes each planet to go around the sun.
The question that we are trying to answer is "How Many Earth Years It Takes Each Planet To Go Around The Sun." The way we thought of this question by reaching space. In the book it did not tell how many Earth years it takes each planet to go around the Sun, so we decided to try to find the answer.
Most of the books told us how many
Earth days it takes each planet to go
around the Sun.
On the internet it told us how many hours
and days it takes each plant to orbit the
Sun.
1 First we thought of our question.
2 Second we did research on our question.
3 Then we made our model of the planets in outer space.
4 Next we made a graph of how many Earth years it takes each planet to go around the sun.
5 Finally we wrote a paragraph about each planet.
We learned the amount of Earth years it takes each planet to go around the sun. We also learned some interesting facts like one day on Earth is not 24 hours, it is
23 hours and 56 min. and Pluto is not always the 9th planet sometimes it is the 7th planet from the Sun.
Some students next year could do some thing like this might be like "how do planets move?
