My topic for kic is uv beads. UV beads are beads that detect ultra violet light. They start out white. Some how uv beads change colors. I chose uv beads beacuse 1 want to see how uv beads change.
The question I tried to answer for kic is, how do uv beads change.
I thought of this question by Getting a contract from MR Pearce and he said why dont you do uv beads for kic.
Uv beads are beads that change colors. Another name for uv beads are ultra violt light beads. The ultra volit light comes from the sun to. Ultra violt light from the sun is what gives you a sun tan. Solar energy comes from the sun. Solar energy is produced by the sun.
First I got my materials to answer my question for kic. Some of the materials are ice, cold water hot water, cup, uv beads. Next i started my research. I got a peace of ice and put a uv bead on the ice and it did not change, when i took it out in the sun it did change. I also tried the uv beads in cold water and hot water. Thecold water in side with the uv bead did not change but it did out side, The hot water did not change inside eather with the uv bead but it did change out side. Then i made posters to get ready for kic.
Finally i figured out the answer. The answer is the ultra violet light from the sun. My discovery is that the ultra violet light from the sun changes the uv beads. Another discovery is that uv beads change colors on ice out side not in side.
Next year you should try uv beads for kic. If i had more time i
would put lotion on the uv beads and try to stop the uv beads from change colors. And i will try it after kic. I sujest if any one would want to do any thing with uv beads you should investigate this question. What are uv beads made of. I am looking forward to read some future uv beads kic articels.
