Ask Meg: Answers from a Grown-Up KIC Kid

Hello fellow KIC members! My name is Megan, and as an alumni KIC member (Class of 1995), I am here to support you in your own inquiry. I am now a freshman at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, majoring in Chemistry. When I was in 4th grade I got to participate in KIC. It was one of my most memorable experiences, and I hope it will be the same for you!

How can I help? Having been through the entire KIC experience, I understand the important work you are doing. I can help you locate sources for information. I can talk with you about your planning and research. I can give you some tips to help you prepare for your presentation at the Kids' Inquiry Conference. Just send me your questions and I'll answer you on this website!

I will be visiting some of your classrooms during the next year and I'll meet all of you at KIC this spring. I look forward to working with you. In the meantime, I'll "talk" to you on the web.

Happy Inquiry,
Meg
